BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH 900
E. HAMILTON, LTD.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: Having reviewed and considered the Deve-
lopment Agreement with 900 E. Hamilton, Ltd., which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, the City Council finds:
(a) The proposed Development Agreement is consistent with
the objectives, policies, general land uses and pro-
grams specified in the General Plan and any applicable
Specific Plan.
(b) The proposed development is compatible with the uses
authorized in, and the regulations prescribed for, the
land use district in which the real property is
located.
(c) The proposed Development Agreement is in conformance
with public convenience, general welfare, and good land
use practice.
(d) The proposed Development Agreement will not be detri-
mental to the health, safety, and general welfare.
(e) The proposed Development Agreement will not adversely
affect the orderly development of property or the pre-
servation of property values.
SECTION TWO: The City does hereby approve the attached
Development Agreement, and authorizes its execution.
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall become effective
30 days following its passage and adoption and shall be published
once within 15 days upon passage and adoption in the San Jose
Mercury News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
