ORDINANCE NO. 1596
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (ZC 86-02 ).
The City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, together
with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. The addition of
"S" (Special Zoning Area Requiring Site and Architectural Approval) would
be to the R-1 (Single Family Residential), P-0 (Professional Office), CM-B
(Controlled Manufacturing), and P-F (Public Facilities) Zoning Districts,
and all properties so zoned.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passa?e and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 1986, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Ashworth, Doetsch, Podgorsek, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: Watson
