CC Ordinance 1655d ! 2 ORDINANCE NO. 1655 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA, FROM HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 3803 i 3835 S. BASCOM AVE. AND FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FOR THE EASTERLY PORTION OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1956 WHITEOAKS RD. (APPLICATION OF MR KURT ANDERSON, GP 87-05). The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Campbell, together with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended as per Exhibit A, attached hereto. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
