BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL ADDING SECTION 13.04.005
TO THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE ---DEFINITION
OF PARK
follows: The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as
Section One. Section 13.04.005 is hereby added to the
Campbell Municipal Code, Revised, to read:
13.04.005. Definition. As used in this Chapter, the
term park shall mean any land held by a public entity, which is
open to the public for recreational activities. This definition
expressly includes the Campbell Community Center, as well as
other parks within the City limits.
Section Two. This Ordinance shall become effective 30
days following its passage and adoption and shall be published
once within 15 days upon passage and adoption in a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa
Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1989 , by
the following roll call vote:
