BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE
NECESSARY TO PAY CITY INDEBTEDNESS DURING THE
1989-1990 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has found and
determined that City of Campbell will reasonably require the sum of Two
Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($279,500) to pay city
indebtedness during the fiscal year 1989-1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Campbell does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: The sum of One Hundred Five Thousand, Four Hundred
Sixty Dollars ($105,460) is hereby fixed as the amount of money to be
raised by taxation of taxable property in the City of Campbell as a revenue
to pay City indebtedness for the fiscal year.
