OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A HISTORIC LANDMARK DESIGNATION, FOR
RESIDENCE AND PROPERTY KNOWN AS 227 ALICE AVENUE
IN AND R-1-H (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/HISTORIC
OVERLAY) ZONING DISTRICT, APPLICATION OF RICK AND
JACQUELINE COSTANZO, HPB 89-03
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Campbell hereby designates the residence and
property known as 227 Alice Avenue, in an R-1-H (Single-family
Residential/Historic Overlay) Zoning District, as an Historic Landmark, as per
the application of Rick and Jacqueline Costanzo, for the subject property.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following
its passage and adoption, and shall be publiched once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
