CC Ordinance 1785f ORDINANCE NO. 1785 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, ALLOWING A 20 FOOT ADJUSTMENT TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE PROJECT, LOCATED ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 32-56 FOOTE AVENUE, 507-515 EAST CAMPBELL AVENUE AND 32-56 FOOTE AVENUE, APPLICATION OF MR. BRUCE BOWEN, IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT, M 89-21/PD 89-07. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended on property known as 32-56 Foote Avenue, 507-515 East Campbell Avenue and 32-56 Foote Avenue - APN: 279-43-6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Plans and Elevations; Exhibit B, entitled Development Schedule; Exhibit C. entitled Map of Said Property; and Exhibit D, entitled Conditions of Approval, as per the application of Mr. Bruce Bowen for modifications to previously approved plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow a 20 foot adjustment to the northerly boundary of a previously approved Planned Development project, in a Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of Said Exhibits are on file in the Planning Department. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 (thirty) days following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 (fifteen) days upon passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
