BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP; AND DECLARING
THE PROPERTY AND RESIDENCE AT 73 SOUTH FIRST STREET AS A HISTORIC
LANDMARK, FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 73 SOUTH FIRST STREET, AS SHOWN
ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT (APPLICATION OF KIM AND MELANIE
MORGENTHALER, ZC 89-16/HPB 89-04).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and
amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A entitled Map of Said Property as per
the application of Kim and Melanie Morgenthaler for approval of a Zone Change
from PD (Planned Development) to PD-H (Planned Development/Historic Overlay);
and declaring Said property and residence as a Historic Landmark, for property
known as 73 South First Street.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following its
passage and adoption and shall be published once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 19 90 by the following
roll call vote:
