BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A HISTORIC LANDMARK DESIGNATION FOR THE RESIDENCE AND
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 76 ALICE AVENUE IN AN R-1-H (SINGLE FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL/HISTORIC OVERLAY) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MR. AND
MRS. GEORGE MAXWELL, HPB 90-03.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Campbell hereby designates the residence and
property known as 76 Alice Avenue in an R-1-H (single Family
Residential/Historic Overlay) Zoning District, as an Historic Landmark, as per
the application of Mr. and Mrs. George Maxwell.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following
its passage and adoption, and shall be published once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.

call vote:
