BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ADJUSTING COUNCIL COMPENSATON
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to California Government Code Section 36516, as
incorporated in Section 2.04.040 of the Campbell Municipal Code, Revised,
the monthly salary of each member of the City Council shall be increased
from $330 per month to $363 per month, to commence on the effective date
of the election of November 6, 1990.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1990 by the following
roll call vote:
