BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL FIXING THE AMOUNT OF
REVENUE NECESSARY TO PAY CITY INDEBTEDNESS DURING THE
1990-1991 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has found
and determined the City of Campbell will reasonably require the sum of
Two Hundred Seventy -Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($272,500) to pay
City indebtedness during the fiscal year 1990-1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Campbell
does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: The sum of Seventy -Six Thousand Dollars
($76,000) is hereby fixed as the amount of money to be raised by taxation
of taxable property in the City of Campbell as a revenue to pay City
indebtedness for the the fiscal year.
