BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A HISTORIC LANDMARK DESIGNATION FOR THE RESIDENCE AND
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 112 N. SECOND STREET IN AN PD (LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF AUDREE TUTTLE
(HPB 90-05/ZC 90-10).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Campbell hereby designates the residence and
property known as 112 N. Second Street in a PD (Planned Development/Low Density
Residential) Zoning District, as an Historic Landmark, as per the application
of Audree Tuttle.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following
its passage and adoption, and shall be published once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
