BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A HISTORIC LANDMARK DESIGNATION FOR THE RESIDENCE AND
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 140 S. PETER DRIVE IN AN R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MRS. ROBERT PODESTA
(HPB 90-03/ZC 90-06).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Campbell hereby designates the residence and
property known as 140 S. Peter Drive in an R-1-H (Single Family Residential)
Zoning District, as an Historic Landmark, as per the application of Mrs. Robert
Podesta.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following
its passage and adoption, and shall be published once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
