Campbell Redevelopment Plan
(the "Amended Plan"). The
Amended Plan authorizes the con-
tinued undertaking of a redevelop-
ment project within. the boun-
daries of the Central Campbell
Redevelopment Project Area (the
"Project Area") pursuant to the
California Community Redevelop-
ment Law. A further purpose of the
hearing is to consider the cer-
tification of the Environmental Im-
pact Report (the "EIR") for the
Amended Plan prepared pursuant
to State Law.
Furthermore, the Report on the
Amended Plan will be open for
discussion at the hearing. The
Amended Plan, the EIR, the Rules
for Business Tenant Preference'
-and Owner Participation, and the
Report on the Amended Plan are
now available for inspection in the
offices of the Agency, located at
70 North First Street, Campbell,
California.
