Section 9316.1 of the Campbe11 Municipa1 Code reads as fol1ows:
Any approva1 granted under this section sha11 expire one hundred eighty
(1S0) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an
extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for
same to the Planning Commission at 1east fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit sha11 be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

T.P.Beel, et ux, to Winnie T. Finnemore, dated and recorded
July 11,1912 in Book 390 of Deeds, page 7, distant thereon
N. 2]°24' E. 66.44 feet from the Northwestern corner of
that certain 0.561 acre tract of land described in the Deed
from W. Finnemore, et ux, to Harold B. Bro\~ing, et ux,
dated July 31,1940 and recored August 9,1940 in Book 995
of Official Records, page 434; thence running N. 2Ju24' E.
94.40 feet to a bolt at the :]outhwest corrlGY' of that certain
0.942 acre tract of land described in the Deed from ~yrtle
E. Hallett to Ray L. Phariss, et ux, dated September 10, 1940
and recorded September 19,1940 in Book 1000 of Official
Records, page 480; thence along the Southwestern line of said
0.942 acre tract and its prolongation Southeasterly S. 89°
44'E. 371.36 feet to the Southeastern line of the parcel of
land so described in the Jeed to ~linnie T. Finnemore above
referred to; thence along said last named Southeastern line
s. 1~59'W. 92.27 feet to a point distant theron N. 19°59' E.
