Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(ISO) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an
extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for
same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (IS) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

that certain 0.561 acre tract of land described in the Deed
from W. Finnemore, et UK, to Harold B. Browning, et UK,
dated July 31,1940 and recorded August 9,1940 in Book 995
of 0££icia1 Records, page 434; thence running N. 23Ø24' E.
94.40 feet to a bolt at the Southwest corner of that certain
0.942 acre tract of land described in the Deed £rom Myrtle
E. Hallett to Ray L. Phariss, et ux, dated September 10,1940
and recorded September 19,1940 in Book 1000 of O££icial
Records, page 480; thence along the Southwestern line of said

property and considering the 1965=San Tomas Expressway
construction and the possibility of ramp revision and
may be a cloverleaf. in this quadrant. we have not
recommended street improvements at this t~e.
It would be our recommendation that the property
owner enter into an agreement to install street improvements
when called on by the City Council when it becomes
apparent or when the adjoining properties are developing.
