B.eginning at a point on the Easterly line of White Oaks Way where
the same is intersected by the Southerly line of that certain 0.942
acre tract of land conveyed by 1wrtle E. Hallett to Ray L. Phariss,
et ux, by Deed dated September 10,1940 and recorded September 19,1940
in Book 1000 of Official Records, page 480, records of Santa Clara
County, California; thence running along the Easterly line of ~hite
Oaks ¡lay, N. 230 24' E. 110 feet; thence leaving said line and running
s. 690 47' E. 144.76 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said
0.942 acre tract of land; thence running along said line S. 190 59'
w. 55.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said 0.942 acre tract of
