Director at time of application for building permit.

be posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping
of parking area within three (3) months of completion
of construction, or applicant may file written agreement

BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUI'ION
OF REED SURBER AND VIRGIL GREENIJEY AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS. there has been submitted to the City Council
by Reed and Geraldine Surber and Virgil and Betty Greenley an
agreement for the development of their real property in
accordance with prescribed conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the
said agreement on behalf of said City.
