MATSUMOTO AND IYlASAO HAMAMURA FOR DEVELOPMENT OF REAL PROPERTY '210 CURTNER AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING EXECU- TION OF AGREEMENTo WHEREAS, Ray M. Matsumoto and Masao Hamamura has submitted an agJ:'eement to this City Council for the Development of their real pr~perty located at 210 Curtner Avenue in accordance with prescribed cor¡¡;ditions: and, WHEREAS, in accordance with said prescribed conditions and a~ specified and recited in the agreement and concurrently herewith Ray M. Matsumoto and Masao Hamamura have submitted Grant Deed(s) of certain portions of their real property for public street purposes and related public uses (including public utility easements, public serVlce ease-..ments, public pedestrian easements, storm sewer easements): and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by this City Council that said agreement is hereby accepted and that the l~ayor be and fie is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell: and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this City Council that the said Grant Deed(s) submitted in accordance with said prescribed conditions be and it is hereby accepted for the purposes for which it is offered.
