The Subdivider shall install all other utilities, incl11ding
underground electrical and telephone conduits and cables.

Gentlemen:
The size of water mains necessary to serve the Tanner
Company four (4) lot development on Dell Avenue can be deter-
mined. However, design of the water facilities should be on
an overall basis considering all the properties fronting on
Dell Avenue. To do this the fire flow requirements and
probable type of development must be known.
Since there appears to be no property requiring mains
in that portion of Dell Avenue adjacent and parallel to
Winchester Road, an easement for utilities under the S.P.R.R.
tracks to Winchester could provide some cost savings.
