Dear Mr. Bonacina:
The Spivey interests have entered into a transaction
to sell a portion of the rear part of a parcel of land .fronting
on Dell Avenue in Campbell, California.
The City of Campbell through the City Engineers Office
i8 requirIng a bond for street impl"O'Yements.
First, I have attempted to obtain the bond but the
Bonding Companies will not issue the bond because no apeciric
date for commencement of the improvements is in nor aan be
set by the City of Campbell at this time.
In light of the tact that the Spivey interests are
retaining the portion of the property which .fronts on Dell
Avenue and further, in light ot the fact that building permits
etc. would be :required to develop the .frOtlt portion of the
property it 1s requested that the requirement ot the bond
for street iaprove...nts be waived at this time by the City
ot Campbell. I believe, the oftice of the City Engineer ot
the Cl~y of Campbell will waive the requirement if such &
waiY~ls approved by you.

Santa Clara County records, said portion being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the northeasterly
line of Division Street (formerly known as East Parr Avenue) as
said Street now exists, with the boundary common to Parcel "A"
and to Parcel "B" as last said Parcels are shown on Record of
Survey Map filed October 5, 1960 in Book 126 of Maps, page 2,
Santa Clara County records.
THENCE, along said common boundary, N. 31° 41' 00" E.,
418.62 feet, to the most northerly corner common to said Parcel

THENCE, along the northeasterly boundary of said Parcel
