1.
~inal map shall be filed with the City Engineer for
examination, approval and recordation in accordance
\Vi th the provisions of the Subdivision ¡,lap Act.
2.
The property is within the boundary of Local Improve-
ment pistrict No. 17, a special assessment district.
The owners are required to submit an application to
the Superintendent of Streets in accordance with the
provisions of the Streets and Highways Code to
apportion the assessments levied pursuant to said
special assessment district. The fee for apportion-
ing the assessments is $175.00.
3.
Owners to dedicate street right-of-way for the exten-
sion of Dell Avenue as shown upon the map.
4.
Owners to enter into agreement to provide and construct
the public street improvements upon the Dell Avenue
extension, post bonds and pay fees.

City of Campbell on March 29, 1973.
