ORDINANCE:
1. Storm Drain Fee in the amount of $240.00.
2. Area to be used fOT parking and stora~e of delivery trucks to be
developed in compliance with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal
Coùe;(as approved by the Buildin~ Inspector).
3. Property to be enclosed within a solid wall or fence not less than
6' in height (Sec. 9314.2)...a sight-obscuring fence of cyclone with
redwood slats may be used - necessary also between the nursery lot
and the wood yard since plants are of a ~em~orarL nature.
4. Existing frame gara~e is to be considere t e same as a residence since
it is a~ accessory building to'tka residence and must ~e removed or
brou~lt to building code requirements for use as storage building in
a Fire Zone #2 area...minimum of 5' from side line and 1 hr. fire wall:

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one ilundred eighty
(180) days after tÏ1e date upon whic~1 such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commissi.on at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
