Beginning at a 3/4 inch iron pipe situated at the point of inter-
section ot the Southeasterly line ot the right-of-way ot the Southern
Pacific Railroad Company and the Easterly line ot Lot 1, as shown upon
that certain Map entitled, "Ma~ of the Subdivision ot the Mrs. W. J.
Parr Tract", recorded in Book tE" ot Maps, at page 63, Records ot
Santa Clara co~ty, California; thence along the Easterly line ot said
Lot 1, South 12 11' East 225.24 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe distant
