Gentlemen:
As the result of your application to further develop your
property, this office is requiring that you install street
lighting in front of your development. The lighting system
will be similar to the system that was installed by the
property owner of the property at 1190 Dell Avenue.
It will be necessary that you submit a plan to this office
by which the system can be installed and that you or your
contractor post a bond with the City to guarantee its
proper installation.
We will furnish you or your contractor with the necessary
City of Campbell Standard Details and Specifications in
order to design the system.
This office will recommend the issuance of the building
permit when we are in receipt of the bond and the storm
drainage area fee, $903.00.

Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to toe
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
4.
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $1500 to be posted to
ins~re landscaping, fencinç and striping of parking area within
three (3) months of completion of construction, or applicant may file
written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping of
parking area prior to final building department clearance.
5.
Trash container{s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Depart-
ment. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a
concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-
closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
6.
Applicant to enter into agreement with City limiting the use of the
building as indicated on the approved plans.
7.
Applicant to submit revised elevations, subject to staff approval,
prior to issuance of a building permit.

8.
Remove non-conforming building on rear portion of property.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the
City of Campbell.
A.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spaces to
be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
B.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 29.16.070
of the Campbell Municipa¡ Code.
C.
Plans submitted to the building depar~ment for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and televi3ion
cables, etc.
D.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the
sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until appli-
catioll is approved and permit issued by the Building Department.
