RESOLUTION NO.
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE AGREE-
MENT OF DELL ASSOCIATES, A PARTNERSHIP, FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1190 DELL AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, said Dell Associates, a partnership, have sub-
mitted as Agreement to this City Council for the development
of their real property described upon that Grant Deed recorded
May 10, 1973, and filed in Book 0369 of Official Records at
page 196 in the office of the County Recorder of said County
in accordance with prescribed-conditions: and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by this
City Council that said Agreement is hereby accepted and that
the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell.

1.
Property to be fenced and landscape~ as indicated and as addod
in red on plans.
2.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of funcing to be submitted
for approval of the Planning Director at time of application
for building permit.
3 .
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $2,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building
department clearance.
4.
Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
5.
Applicant agrees that the building will always be used as
indicated:

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances
of the City of Campbell.
A.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water) sewer, electric,telephone and television
cables, etc.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with pr'ovisions of
the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the building
department.
