Dear Mr. Kee:
We have reviewed the improvement plans for a warehouse
addition at 1370 Dell Avenue, your file (S78-32) ,
adjacent to the District's Camden Percolation Ponds,
which we received with your letter of August 23,1978.
This site would not be subject to flooding in the event
of a one percent flood flow. No right of way is required
for District improvements.
No permit for the construction of this building addition
is required.

Section 21.42.090 of the Campbell Munjcipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after the
date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension for such
approval is obtained by making written application for same to the
Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration
date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any approval
until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided for in this
Chapter.

Application of Mr. Neil Hamm
1.
Applicant to submit a letter, satisfactory to the City Attorney,
limiting the use of the property to: 1,780 square feet of office
use, 10,000 square feet of speculative industrial use, and 14,041
square feet of warehouse use.
2.
Exterior material shall be covered with t inch of plaster coating/
steel trowl in order to bring building in conformity with existing
building.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he/she is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with ordinances
of the City of Campbell and laws of the State of California.
A. Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and television
cables, etc.
B.
Applicant shall comply with all appropriate State and City require-
ments for the handicapped.
FIRE DEPARTMENT
C.
Provide either an automatic fire extinguishing system or approved
automatic fire doors separating the new from the existing building.
D.
Provide 2A-lOBC fire extinguishers.
The applicant is notified that he/she shall comply with all applicable
codes or ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
