Attention: Mr. Bruce Powell
Dear Mr. Kee:
We refer to the plan for a proposed warehouse building for Martin and Martin
Construction Company adjacent to Los Gatos Creek, sent with your trans-
mittal of November 7, 1972.
The site is adjacent to percolation ponds which border Los Gatos Creek. The
creek channel was improved in 1970, and no additional right of way will required
from this 8 ite .
Should the developer intend to direct the site's storm drainage into L08 Gatos
Creek, detailed plans of such an outfall are to be sent to us for review and
issuance of the necessary permit prior to the start of any site construction.
Sincerely yours,
/
