Pursuant to Waiver of Notice and Conaent iDlll8diately
preceding these minutes, a special meeting of the Board of
Directors of C & P Profilin¡, Inc. was held this 7 r)/ day of
June, 1971, at the principal office of the corporation.
All directors were in attendance.
President Phillip J. Kronzer reported that contracts,
agreements and bonds had been submitted by City of Campbell for
execution by C & P Profiling, Inc. as conditiolUl for approval of
the plans for the plant and office building of the corporation.
and that a Resolution authorizing the officers to execute the
contract was required.
Accordingly, on motion of DirectozC. E. Krenzer, seconded
by DirectorN.11 H8.II1DI , and unanimously passed, the following
Resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, City of Campbell, a Municipal Corporation,
has submitted contracts and agreements in connection with the
construction of the plant and office building of this corpora-

3.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be
submitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of
application for building permit.
4.
Faithful performa~ce bond in the amount of $1,500 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to complete landscaping,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building
department clearance.
5.
Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the
approved landscape plan.
6.
Applicant to install a six foot high sight-obsc~ring fence
enclosure with concrete floor of sufficient size to house all
trash containers.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell.
A.
All par~ing and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C.
Plans submitted to the building department for plan check
shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric,
telephone and televisions cables, etc.
D.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be inßtalled
until application is approved and permit issued by the
building department.
Fire protection sprinkler system plans must accompany building
plans.
E.
F.
Applicant to dedicate to 66 foot right-of-way on Dell Avenue.
G.
Applicant to enter into agreement and post bond for street
improvements.
H.
Applicant to pay storm drainage fee in the amount of $1,530.00.
I.
Applicant to reimburse City for the Dell Avenue water line
in the amount of $1,480.00.
J.
The applicant agrees that the building will always be used
as approved and that there will be no expansion of the manufac-
turing or office use) and is to sign an agreement to that
effect, Said agreement to be prepared by the City Attorney.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to
