Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as fallows:
Any approval granted under this section 511311 expire one hundred eighty

for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.

The applicant is n~~ified as part of this appJ ation that he is
required to meet t following conditions in aL,ordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell:
A.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
B.
Undergrou~d utilities to be provided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check
shall indicate clarly the location of all connections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric,
telephone and television cables, etc.
c.
D.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance. No sign to be installed until appli-
cation is approved and permit issued by the Building Department.
E.
Appljcant to enter into agreement for street improvements.
F.
Applicant to dedicate to 66 foot right-of-way.
G.
Applicant to reimburse City for water line construction in the
amount of $1,572.13.
Applicant to pay storm drainage fee in the amount of $1,435.00.
H.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.

bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted
for approval of the Planning Director at time of application for
building permit.

Faithful performance bond in the amount of :>1,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and stripirlg of outdoor parking
areas ì:ithin three (3) months of conpletion of construction, or
applicant may file written agreement to coDplcte landscaping,
fencing anel striping of outdoor parking area prior to final
Building Department clearance.

Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved

areas approved by the Fire Department.
