We have reviewed the site plan for the proposed industrial building on //
Dell Avenue adjacent to the District's Page Ditch facility, File S73-44 (
sent with your letter of r~ugust 13, 1973.
The site is not subject to flooding from any District facility. No additional
right of way is needed for Page Ditch.
All site drainage is to be directed to the street, as no outfall or overbank
flow will be allowed into Page Ditch. The proposed fencing is to be in-
stalled in accordance with our fence detail (copy enclosed).
Details deUneatinq acceptable qradinq adjacent to District riqht of way
are a Iso enclosed. Plans for qradinq and improvements are subject to
our review end approval and are to include proposed gradinq sections.

Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Building #2 to be relocated at rear property line and building #1
to be moved 20 feet toward rear of property.

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
to meet the fOllowing conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the
City of Campbell.
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spuces
to b~ provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for undergroun~
utilities including water, sewer, electrics telephone and tele-
vision cables, etc.
D. Sign ~pplication to be submitted in accordance with provisions of
the sign ordin~nce for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the Building DGpartrnent.
E. Ordinanc0. No. 782 of the Campbell ~~unicipal Code stipul&tes that
