No additional right of way for District pur- poses will be required from this site. Refer to enclosed sketch for delineation of District right of way. No site drainage can be allowed to enter either the adjacent Page Ditch or percolation ponds by means of a storm drain outfall or over-bank flow. We recommend that drainage be directed into the Dell Avenue storm sewer system or directly into Los Gatos Creek. Whichever drainage alternative is selected, a detailed plan of the installation is to be sent for our review and issuance of a permit. (The Dell Avenue drain outfall is in a District-owned right of way, and we wish to be informed on any proposal to excavat~ therein.) Enclosed are sheets 8-12 of details which are to be used as guides in drafting outfall details which conform to existing field conditions.
