Records. This work will be done immediately after Mr. Doetsch
has completed the sale of these properties to a prospective
buyer who intends to develop the property as one parcel.

Dear Mr. Kee:
Reference is made to the development plan for a multi -tenant warehouse building
on Dell Avenue adjacent to Upper Page Ditch and the Los Gatos Percolation Ponds
sent with your letter of February 4. No additional right of way for District pur-
poses will be required from this site. Refer to enclosed sketch for delineation of
District right of way.
No site drainage can be allowed to enter either the adjacent Page Ditch or
percolation ponds by means of a storm drain outfall or over-bank flow. We
recommend that drainage be directed into the Dell Avenue storm sewer system or
directly into Los Gatos Creek.
Whichever drainage alternative is selected, a detailed plan of the installation
is to be sent for our review and issuance of a permit. (The Dell Avenue drain
outfall is in a District-owned right of way, and we wish to be informed on any
proposal to excavat~ therein.) Enclosed are sheets 8-12 of details which are to
be used as guides in drafting outfall details which conform to existing field
conditions. Grading adjacent to our right of way is to be done in accordance with
a detail selected frcrr: the enclosed detail sheets 20-20'3 Œ ã satisfactory alter-
native. The actual cross-sectional view of the selected grading design alternative
is to be shown on a plan and sent for our review.

21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for sa~e
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in tþe manner provided
for in this Chapter.

of the Campbef I Municipal Code.
C.
Plans submitted to i-he bui Jding department for plan check shaJ I indicate
clearly the location of all connections for underground uti I ities, in-

Sign appl ication to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the
sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed unti I appl ¡ca-

Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse. garbage. wet
garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of Campbell
shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company. This requirement
appl ies to all single fam; Iy dwell ings. multiple apartment units. to
all commercial. business. industrial. manufacturing. and construction
estab I i shments.

Trash container(s} of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department.
Unless otherwise noted. enclosure(s} shal I consist of a concrete floor
surrounded by a sol id wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a
