Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Munic¡~al Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one lmndred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon whic:l such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commisr-ion at least fifteen (IS) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval ilas been obtained in the manner provided
fer in this chapter.

Application of G & J Quality Cabinet Shop for
office and cabinet shop on property located
at 1660 Dell Avenue. (See Map # 7.)
This parcel is zoned CMB:80 and was existing at the time of adoption
of Ordinance. A Variancf". and "S" approval were granted in 1963 but
the building was never constructed due to lack of proper water supply
in the area.
Approximately 400 sq. ft. of this building will be used for office ~nd
the remainder will be cabinet shop. Parking requirement would be
17 or 18 spaces - the plan provides for 12 spaces.
Area after deduction for street dedication is 14,649; building area is
4,320 sq. ft. or ZQ.5% coverage.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions:
ORDINANCE
1.
Conformance to Section 9126 of the Campbell Municipal Code, including:
a.
Agreement and Bond for street improvements.
Ag~eement for payment of portion of water-line construction
costs.
