of said Property", as per applicátion of Frank Pisano and Associates.
on property located at 186 Dillon Avenue. Copies of said Exhibits
are on file in the office of the Planning Department. Said approval
granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicat2d and

installed until application is approved and permit issued by
the building department.
10. The applicant agrees that the building will always
be used as a Harehouse and the applicant is to siEn an agreement
to that effec t. Said agreement to be prepared by the City /\ t tor'ney.
11. Parallel parking along the north side of property to be
deleted.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all appli-
cable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pe~tain

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted. unless an
extension for such approval is obtained by making written application for
same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
