WHEREAS, NOEL J. BROWN and AGNES M. BROWN, husband and wife. have submitted an agreement with City of Campbell in compliance with conditions of "s" Zone Approval, and, WHEREAS, the said agreement has been approved as to form by the City Attorney, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of City of Campbell that the dedication of lands for street purposes provided for in said agreement, be and the same is hereby accepted and that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of said City.
