RESOLUTION NO. 1114
BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
OF NOEL J. BROWN AND AGNES M. BROWN.
WHEREAS, NOEL J. BROWN and AGNES M. BROWN,
husband and wife. have submitted an agreement with
City of Campbell in compliance with conditions of "s"
Zone Approval, and,
WHEREAS, the said agreement has been approved
as to form by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of City of Campbell that the dedication of lands
for street purposes provided for in said agreement,
be and the same is hereby accepted and that the Mayor
be and he is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March,
1961, by the following vote:

COMMENCING at the intersection of the northeasterly line of
Division Street (formerly known as East Parr Avenue) as said Street
now exists, with the boundary common to Parcel "A" and to Parcel "B"
as last said Parcels are shown on Record of Survey Map filed October 5,
1960 in Book 126 of Maps, Page 2, Santa Clara County records.
THENCE, along said common boundary, N. 310 41' 00" E., 418.62
feet, to the most northerly corner common to said Parcel "A" and

THENCE, along the northeasterly boundary of said Parcel "B"
