mitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of appli-
cation for building permit.

vision cables, etc.

Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provision~
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and permit issued by the building
department.
E.
Applicant to execute petition for local improvement district for
street improvements.
The applican~ is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.

DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in th is description is situated in the State of Cal ifornia, County of Santa
Clara, City of Campbell, and is described as follows:
Portion of Lot 10, "Map of the Subdivision of the Mrs. W. J. Parr Tract" as
shown on a Map recorded in Book "E", page 63 of Maps, and more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING as a nail set in the centerline of Dell Avenue, formerly East Parr
Avenue, at the Southeasterly common corner of Lots 9 and 10, as said Avenue
and Lots are shown on the Map above referred to; thence from said point of be-
ginning, South 31° 401 West along said centerline of Dell Avenue, 240.30 feet
to a 3/4 inch iron pipe set an angle corner therein; thence along the centerline
of Division Avenue, formerly East Parr Avenue, North 76° 351 30" West 319.00
feet to a nai I; thence North 31 ° 411 East and paralle I with the Northwesterly
line of said Lot 10, for a distance of 340.31 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe set on the
dividing I ine between Lots 9 and 10; thence South 58° 191 20" East along said
last named dividing line, 302.85 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof conveyed to the City of Campbell,

pipe set at an angle corner therein;. thence North 76° 351 30" West 319.00 feet
along the centerline of Division Street, formerly East Parr Avenue to a nail;
thence North 31° 411 East 34.75 feet; thence South 76° 351 30" East 269.78
feet along a line parallel with and 33.00 feet Northerly, measured at right
angles from said centerline of Division Street; thence along a tangent curve
to the left, having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 71° 441 30" and
an arc length of 25.04 feet; thence tangent to said curve, North 31° 401 East
201.98 feet along a line parallel with and 33.00 feet Westerly, measured at
