Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon whic11 such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a n~w approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the center line of
Eden Avenue, 50.00 feet wide, with the westerly prolongation
of the Southerly line of Lot 8 as said point is shown on that
certain Map entitled "TRACT No. 96 E. R. Kennedy Subdivision
Unit No.1 in the N. E. 1/4 of Sec. 27, T. 7 S. R. 1 W. M. D.
B. and M. in the County of Santa Clara", which Map was filed for
for record in the of.fice of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, on April 17, 1939 in Book 3
of Maps at page 51; thence South 0° 30' West along said center
line of Eden Avenue 81.33 feet to. the Northwesterly corner of
that certain parcel of land described in the Deed dated
September 29, 1964 and recorded October 28, 1964 in Book 6718
of Official Records, at page 732, from Charles P. Prestigia-
como, et ux, to the City of Campbell; thence along the Northerly
line of the land described in the last mentioned Deed South 89°
341 East 30.00 feet to the point of a curve; thence along the
arc of said curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle
of 90° 04' and an arc distance of 31.44 feet; thence continuing
along said Northerly line South 89° 34' East 74.98 feet to the
