That the proposed commercial development apparently does not relate to any approved General Plans. 2. A market analysis might be advisable prior to further expansion of existing commercial facil ities. 3. Provisions should be made for buffering between the residential and the commercial. 4. A minimum right of way of 30 feet should be dedicated and improved along the north property 1 ine as, is customarily done to upgrade existing roadways. 5. Access to either existing avenues should not be permitted within 200 feet of intersection. JLC:gt
