The remaining length of fenc~ along the north bounddry will be
constructed after the flood control work on the center propertV is
completed in the near future.
In view of the above, it vlOuld Seem that the mélin purpose is to
provide a public street to a group of residential lots which are

accomplished by constructing both halves of the street at th~ same
time. '

the southerly half of the street at this time would most
likely remove all incentive for the c~ner5 of the residential

Dear Mr. Welsh:
At the regular meeting of the Campbell Planning Commission
on April 1, 1968, approval was given your plans for Phase II
of the Planned Development for the northwest corner of
San Tomas Aquino Road and Hacienda Avenue, in~luding the
master sign plan.
Approval of the plans was granted subject to the conditions
as outlined below:
1.
Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated on
plans. Adequate watering system to all landscaped areas
to be provided.
2.
Faithful.performance bond in the amount of $2,000 'to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of
outdoor parking areas within three (3) months of com-
pletion of construction or applicant may file written
agreement to complete landscaping, fencing and striping
of parking areas prior to final building department
clearance.
An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded
by a 6' high solid wall or fence shall be constructed
to house trash container for each occupant in an area
approved by the Planning Director and Fire Department.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that
he is required to meet the following conditions in accordance
with Ordinances of the City of Campbell.

Developer to cortstruct remainder of street improvements
on total frontage of the shopping center.
Developer to install three (3) fire hydrants and required
supporting mains in location approved by Fire Department.

All parking and driveway areas to be developed in com-
pliance with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the building department for plan check
shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric,
telephone and television cables, etc.

Plans of proposed service station shown as part of Phase II
to be submitted for architectural approval.
No building permit is to be issued until extension of time
has been approved by City Council.

The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all other
applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which
pertain to this development and are not herein specified.

Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the plan for the improvement of Hacienda
Avenue and San Tomas Aquino Road submitted by George Nolte,
Job No. 643-68.
Ample main sanitary sewers exist in the streets. Two
lateral sewers, extending to points within the property,
are located in San Tomas Aquino Road.
No sanitary sewer construction is required within the area
of the proposed street improvement.
