The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell acted
favorably upon your application for the subject use permit
at their meeting on september 6, 1966.
A portion of the conditions tmposed in connection with
th~s approval are requirements of the City Engineer, including:

the amount of $1,420.00 for street tmprovements on
Hacienda.

USE PERMIT 66-12
September 13, 1966
In accordance with the provisions of Section 9328, Chapter
3, Article IX, of the Campbell Municipal Code,
R. V. Cloud
is hereby granted a use permit to allow a restaurant and
cocktail lounge in CM:B-20 zone at 310 East Hacienda Avenue,
Campbell, California, subject to the following conditions:
1.
Improvement plans and faithful performance bond in
the amount of $1420.00 for street improvements on
Hacienda.
2 .
3.
Plan check and inspection fee in the amount of $50.00.
Storm drain area fee in the amount of $440.00.
4.
Construction to be begun by July 1, 1967 and
completed no later than July 1,1968 or use Pçrmit
becomes void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Campbell, California, in regular session on the 6th day
of September, 1966.
SAID USE PERMIT to become valid on the 16th day of August,
1966.
