V. Cloud is hereby granted a use permit to allow a restaurant and cocktail lounge in CM:B-20 zone at 310 East Hacienda Avenue, Campbell, California, subject to the following conditions: 1. Improvement plans and faithful performance bond in the amount of $1420.00 for street improvements on Hacienda. 2 . 3. Plan check and inspection fee in the amount of $50.00. Storm drain area fee in the amount of $440.00. 4. Construction to be begun by July 1, 1967 and completed no later than July 1,1968 or use Pçrmit becomes void. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell, California, in regular session on the 6th day of September, 1966.
