DY Quattuor Investments, A Limited Partnership, an agreement
for the development of their real property in accordance
wit~ prescribed conditions; and,

certain portions of their property for street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED by the City Council
'chat the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute
the said agreement on behalf of said City; and,

plan to be provided. Adequate watering system to all land-
scaped areas to be provided.
Fencing and landscaping plan, indicating type of plant materials
to be used and plans for watering system to be submitted for
approval of Planning Director at time of application for Building
Permit.

3. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to be posted
to insure fencing, landscaping, and striping of parking area
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or appli-
cant may file agreement to complete landscaping prior to final
Building Department clearance.

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

Records; thence Northeasterly along the curved Northerly line of
said 0.0443 acre traet, the same being the curved Northerly line
of Hacienda Avenue 9.36 feet, more or less, to the intersection

described in the Deed of Trust executed by Willard A. Cunningham,
