CAMPBELL UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT does hereby grant unto the CITY OF
CAMPBELL, a municipal corporation of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, for publ ic street purposes and to become a
portion of Hamilton Avenue, all that certain real property within
said City and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to the City of Campbell by Campbell Union School District
by deed filed in Book 6764 of Official Records at page 3 in the
office of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of
Cal ifornia;
THENCE along the boundary of said parcel the following courses and
distances:

North 0 301 East, 37.00 feet;
North 890 30' West, 10.00 feet;
Along a curve, concave northwesterl~, with a radius of 20
feet, through a central angle of 90 06', an arc length
of 31.45 feet;
North 890 24' West, tangent to said curve, 275.93 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described;
THENCE South 00 36' West, continuing along the boundary of said

Pursuant to authority contained in that certain resolution
passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of Campbell Union School
District, a body corporate and politic within the County of Santa
Clara, State of California, on the 14th day of May, 1953, a certified
copy of which is annexed hereto, Campbell Union School District
grants and conveys to City of Campbell, a municipal corporation, for
street improvement purposes, the following described real property, to
wit:
All that certain real property situate in City of Campbell,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southwestern corner of Lot 12 as shown
upon that certain map entitled, "Map of R. T. Rucker
