Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (IS) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in tþe manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Landscape plan indicating type of plant natel'i aI, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be sub-
mitted for approval of the Planning Dircc.tor at time of appli-
cation for building permit. '

Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan;
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $15,000 to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking
area wi thin three (3) months of CoP1IIletiol1 of construction,
or applicant may file written agreement ~ complete landscap-
ing, fencing and striping of parking arB3 prior to final
building department clearance.

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the folJ.owing conditions in accordance with
Ord:i_nances of the City of Camp bel 1.

with Section 21. SO of the Campbell ~Iunicipal Code. All pRrk-
