April 1, 1965
Briggs & Bell are hereby issued a Planned Development Permit to
construct a service station on property located at 435 West Hamilton
Avenue as per Ordinance 467 issued September 14,1964, subject to the
following conditions:

Deposit of $20,000 for street improvements on Hamilton Avenue.
Dedication of Hamilton Avenue within Plan Lines.
3.
Storm Drain Fee to be credited against balance due in existing

Fire Hydrant to be installed on the N/W corner of Hamilton and
Millich Drive (#75 Greenburgh).
5.
Approval to become effective upon award of construction contract
for Hamilton Avenue improvements.

Dear Mr. Hawk:
In accordance with the alternate plans you described tor
the developer to meet certain city requirements in the devel-
opment or Planned Developments, Mr. Briggs has chosen to
record a Record of Survey and insure the requirements ot the
City or Campbell by the execution of an improvement agreement
and bonds.
You are requested to prepare the improvement agreement
and necessary bond forms in order that the developer may
satisfy the city's requirements.
Mr. Briggs plans to begin construction in late November
or at the latest in early December.
Enclosed are two prints of the Record of Survey showin~
the proposed Planned Developmet, Parcel A, tor your informa-
tion. Ir you desire any additional prints or any information
please reel free to call upon us.
