Hamilton Avenue Dear Mr. Hawk: In accordance with the alternate plans you described tor the developer to meet certain city requirements in the devel- opment or Planned Developments, Mr. Briggs has chosen to record a Record of Survey and insure the requirements ot the City or Campbell by the execution of an improvement agreement and bonds. You are requested to prepare the improvement agreement and necessary bond forms in order that the developer may satisfy the city's requirements. Mr. Briggs plans to begin construction in late November or at the latest in early December.
