This office recommends approval of the map subject to that~
1.
The ownership of Parcel B be clarified and copies of
the appropriate documents be submitted to the City
Eng ineer .
The right of way for Merrimac Drive extension be dedicated.
2.
The final map thereof shall be filed with the City Engineer for
examination, approval and recordation in accordance with the
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
