BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR
TO EXECUTE WINCHESTER-HAMILTON REALTY
COMPANY AGR EEMENT .
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of City of Campbell by Winchester-Hamilton Realty
Company a proposed agreement as part of the conditions for
Its" approval, and,
WHEREAS, the execution of said agreement is
recommended by the City Engineer, and the same has been

approved as to form by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of City of Campbell that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf of City
of Campbell.

Is hereby granted a Use Permit to construct a General Hospital wtth related
facilities on property known a5 440 North Winchester Road, and being more
particularly described In an application filed August 22, 1961, in the
Office of the Urban Development Department, subject to the following conditions:
