WHEREAS, the Westwood Company, a pðxtnership,has submitted
,an agreement to this City Council for the developmen't of their
real property located at 136 and 330 East Hamilton Avenue
in accordance with prescribed conditions¡ and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with said prescribed conditions and
as specified and recited in the agreement and concurrently herewith
said Westwood Company, a partnen3hip, has submitted Grant Deeds
of certain portions of their real property for public street
purposes and related public uses (including public utility ease-
ments, public service easements, public pedestrian easements,
storm sewer easements) ¡and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by this City
Council that said agreement is hereby accepted and that the Mayor
be and he is hereby authorized and direc'ted to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell¡ and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this City Council that the said
Grant Deed submitted in accorda,nce with said prescribed condi-
bions be and it is hereby accepted for the purposes for which it

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
A.
Storm Sewer System:
Revise the storm sewer system to provide for the following:
Install two Type II storm water inlets at Station 0 + 99 on
each site. Install a main from the inlet on the west to the
inlet on the east. Install a 15~inch R.C.P. from the inlet
on the east to the manhole at Station 0 + 28. Use the details
as shown on the Plans.
B.
Sanitary Sewer System:
The sanitary sewer system is to be designed and approved by
Sanitation District No.4.
C.
Street Liqhtinq Conduit:
The street lighting conduit is to be installed as shown upon
the Plans. The crossing at Station 0 + 95 is to be 30 inches
below the first grade of the A.C.
D.
Water System:
Show the proposed water system, the size and location of main
and hydrants.
E.
P. G. & E. and P. T. & T. Underqround utilities:
Show the location and size of P. G. & E. and P. T. & T. under-
ground utilities including gas mains, underground electrical
conduits and cable television.
SURFACE IMPROVEMENTS
A.
Curb and Gutter:
Install curb and gutter to Station 0 + 95 only to the grades
shown on the Plans.
B.
Street Pavinq:
Construct permanent street pavement section to Station 0
only. From Station 0 + 24, more or less, to Station 0 +
construct temporary pavement section of two and one-half
(2 1/2") of A. C. on four inches (4") of base rock. The
structural section for the permanent pavement section shall be
four inches (4") of A.C. on seven inches (7") of base rock.
Install a two by eight redwood headerboard at Station 0 + 95
to separate the permanent from the temporary pavement sections.

street Liqhtinq System:
Revise the electrolier locations and the locations of the pull
boxes as shown on the Plans~ The electroliers are to be 250-Watt,
Mercury Vapor, IES Type II with photoelectric cells, 240-Volt
system.
There is an existing electrolier shown on the Plans for Tract
No. 4908 on Third Street at station 9 + 16. There is an existing
conduit from Station 9 + 16 along the west side of Third Street
to your station 3 + 67, more or less. This project is to tie
in to that existing conduit at 3 + 67 to the first pull box
shown just north of Station 3 + 07. It will be necessary to
pull some wires from the electrolier at 9 + 16 to the pull box
north of Station 3 + 07 in order to energize these two electro-
liers in this project.
D.
Street Center Line Monuments:
Install the street center line monuments from Station 0 + 95
to the south only.
E.
Sidewalks and Driveway Approaches:
It is recommended that no sidewalk or driveway approaches be
constructed at this time throughout the limits of this project.
It is recommended that an oil and screening sidewalk be con-
structed from the terminus of Tract No. 4908 to Hamilton Avenue
on one side of the street only.

The Planning Commission recommended approval of the commercial
complex, excluding the service station site, subject to the
following conditions:
1.
Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated on plans.
2.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted
for approval of the Planning Commission, prior to application
for building permit.
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking areas
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or appli-
_cant may file written agreement to complete landscaping, fencing
and striping of parking area prior to final Building Department
clearance. (Note: Landscape bond for residential complex
stated separately as $15,000.00).
3.
Trash enclosures consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by
a six foot high solid wall or fence shall be constructed to
house all trash containers. Said trash container areas to be
approved by the Planning Director and Fire Department.
The applicant is notified as a part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances
of the City of Campbell:
