In accordance with Section 9316) Chapter 3, Article IX of the Campbell
Municipal Code of the City of Campbell, the undersigned hereby makes
application for approval of the attached plans.

County Records, distant the,reon 46.20 feet Easterly from the intersection

Map of the P. G. Keith's Subdivision No.2, hereinafter referred to; said
point of beginning being in the westerly line of that certain parcel of '
land,conveyed to John W. Ziegler, et al., by Deed dated February 24, 1953
and recorded March 13, 1953 in Book 2598 of Official Records, at page 466,
Santa Clara County Records; thence running along the said westerly line of'

Staff recommends "pproval, subject to the f
lowing conditions:

Landscaping and fencing to be provided as indicated on plans.
Landscape plan, indicating type and location of plants
shown, and location of adequate watering system, to be
submitted for approval of Planning Director.

Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,500 to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing and stripin~ of
parking lot within three months of completion of con-
struction, or applicant may file agreement to complete
landscaping, fencing and striping of parkin~ lot prior to
final building department clearance.
An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a
6' high solid wall or fence shall be constructed to house
trash container in a location approved by the Planning
Director and Fire Department. Said enclosure to be a
minimum of 8' x 12' wit~ a 6' gate.

The applicant is notified that as part of this application, he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell.

Sign applications to be submitted in accordance with the
provisions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign
to be installed until applica~ion is approved by Staff
and Building Permit issued by Building Department.

All parking spaces to meet code requirements.
8.
All parking and driveway areas to be constructed in
accordance with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Construction of underground utilities as required by
Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
9.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check
s~al1 indicate clearly the location of the electric connec-
tions for all underground utilities including, water, sewer,
electric, telephones, television cable, etc.
10.
Construct street improvements on Hamil ton Avenue fronta,!!,e.
11.
Storm drainage area fee in amount of $517.00.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all other
applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain
to this application and are not herein specified.

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
