~nIEREAS. there has been presented to City Council of Campbell an
agreement for the construction of roa.dway improvements beneficial to
corporation; and
development of property of o~mer within the City of Campbell. a munic:!.pal
~mER~S. the City Engineer has explained the necessity for said
agreement, and has recommended the acceptance of same; and

the purpose for which it has been. offered; now, therefore,
