Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application is approved and permit issued by the building department. E. Applicant to pay storm area drainage fee in the amount of $247.00. Applicant to obtain excavation pend t for drive,\'ay approach. G. All fire extinguishers shall be 'installed in fire extinguisher cabinets. The applic.ant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and arenot herein specified.
